What's included in your maintenance support?
Post-install support includes Tesla app setup and walkthrough, firmware update monitoring, performance check-ins, and prompt service if anything malfunctions. We're your local team for the life of the system — no Tesla call center, no waiting on hold.
How will I know if my system has an issue?
The Tesla app gives you real-time visibility into your Powerwall's state of charge, solar production (if applicable), and any system alerts. If something looks off, you can message us through the app or call directly and we'll diagnose it — often remotely.
Do you service systems you didn't install?
We do. If you have a Tesla Powerwall or EV charger that was installed by someone else and you need ongoing support, give us a call. We'll evaluate the existing system and let you know what we can take over.
